I stopped going to this location after the new tip POS. I have no problem tipping cash, but you’re not entitled to a tip if you cant get the order right, spend more time chitchatting in the back, and then have an attitude when somebody orders something. The food also tastes like plastic, and that is very concerning. (not only this location.) I’ll stick to the smaller mom and pops from now on.
It's how I can still be disappointed because these girls don't even know how to make coffee and aren't prepared to deal with customers; they're good at chatting about their private lives in the back while the customers wait.
9/2/26 @ 4:10 after placing an order through the drive-thru, I was waiting over 5 minutes behind one car who was chatting it up at the window with the dunkin' donuts employee. Crazy how people have no common courtesy these days. I didn't have time to wait any longer for my order
Employee with the initials EH did a great job and his customer service was fantastic.
