We go there multiple times each week. There have been many issues with this location. Long wait times, not getting the correct order, some employees have been rude, bagels have been burnt. The manager has had to fire some employees because of these reasons. Today, the bagel wasn't just burnt around the edges... 80% was black! The kicker ...
