Be careful using your card here. I stopped in for coffee and my order was wrong, but what’s more concerning is that this was the last place I used my credit card before 3 unauthorized charges showed up a few days later for flights and hotel bookings totaling over $700. I can’t prove where the information was taken, but the timing is very suspicious. I’ve also tried calling the location multiple times with no response. Just wanted to give others a heads up to monitor their accounts closely after visiting.
No change so shorted me almost a dollar. No napkins in bag, nuked chewy eagle, wrong donut. This place is horrible.
Horrible customer service experience. I visited on 05/13 around 10 a.m., and both employees working the drive-thru were rude and had unpleasant attitudes. I was trying to describe a donut I wanted but didn’t know the exact name of it. I explained that I was looking for a chocolate cake-style donut, emphasizing that I wanted one with chocolate in it.
