My first order was wrong due to door dash spilling all my coffee then ruining my sandwich and dunkin remade my order and they personally delivered it to me..so thankful and blessed..thank you all for doing this for me..that truly gave me tears in my eyes..theres still good people in this world.. thank you all for the big hearts.. Nothing much makes me more angrier than paying for food that is not properly filled, or not receiving what I paid for. Wish I could rate with grenades instead of stars. They would get five!!!
The older gentleman and ladies are amazing and certainly have customer service down! There’s a taller younger kid working there & he has zero business working in a role that deals with customers. He’s super rude, seems to hate his job (recommended finding something else if that’s the case). Ordering at then drive thru ruins my day knowing he is working. Jamarcus was great! Kids these days don't have work ethic, this young man definitely did. Dunkin just got a loyal customer back all thanks to Jamarcus! Kid deserves a raise!
