The older man working inside acts like he owns the place. His attitude toward both the employees and customers is very unpleasant. When I went in to pick up my order, he behaved rudely for no reason and made the experience uncomfortable. This is a small town, and people expect to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior is more common in places like New York, not here. He really shouldn't be working in customer service if this is how he treats people.
Went through the drive thru and the guy handing me my food was scratching his arm, I get home and check the bags and there is blood on them for the cut he made on his arm. Utterly disgusting, biohazard of a breakfast place.
Please move the mobile orders up once done. My food and coffee were done for 8 minutes before you guys moved it to the area for people to take their completed mobile orders. Cold foam was all melted (Edit: They have been doing better lately)
Server told me they "Don't have pennies". Really every store on America has them. Oh by the way what happened to DDs round up/down policy, oh that's not done here? Enjoy the extra cash.
