1 star is generous. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in New England. The staff is untrained and unkind. Just yesterday I was yelled at by an employee for letting them know my order was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend, 0/10 for me dawg.
Too much socializing. Rude customer service!! Customer should be first.
This might actually be the most incompetent Dunkin' Donuts location in New England which in it's own way is kind of impressive. I understand why they keep the mobile orders where people can't reach them so they wont be stolen BUT maybe pause the gossip huddle when people come in so they're not waiting for 10 minutes.
