Man A walks in and asks for a cup of water, they deny him saying he asks all the time and he then has to ask man B sitting in the corner if he would ask for him, the workers give him the water free of charge and the men say nothing. This dunkin has really gone down hill the past couple of months. Service has gotten slow. The food is down and the customer service is not there. My plain bagel with cream cheese this morning.
The morning crew isn’t really that good or friendly .. Can’t never get a simple coffee correct. Can’t tell you how many time I’ve had to go to another Dunkin so they can fix it for me 😖
