We ordered four drinks (one came out right 3 did not) through the drive thru, nothing complicated, they gave us our drinks and 3 of the labels were plan "MD Hot Latte Milk" not any of them were the drinks we ordered. 1 medium pumpkin spice latte, 1 French vanilla latte and 1 large mocha latte. Bryce is an awesome employee super fast and friendly always gives the best experience!
If I could give zero stars I would. I went there specifically for a pup cup for my kitten. I ordered $14 worth of food and drinks and then asked for a pup cup. I was immediately told no. I asked if I could just pay for a side of whipped cream, they said that they could not ring that up. I asked if whipped cream could be added to one of my drinks and they said no. I offered several times to pay for the whipped cream and they refused each time. I was dissatisfied with the service.
