I’m not usually a big Dunkin’ fan, but I had a gift card and we were on a long road trip, so we stopped at this location connected to a gas station. I was hoping to try the new Cookie Dough Frappuccino, but unfortunately, the machine was down. Although what really made the experience stand out was the cashier’s attitude. She let me know I could still get the cookie dough flavor in an iced coffee instead and made sure it was just the way I liked it. typical millennial can’t handle her job has a melt down throws a tantrum about being short then. Shuts down all sandwiches and wraps. Go home if you can’t handle your job.
Busy location with typically one or two people working. Incredibly slow/innacurate service. Clearly the management here gives zero F.
