Servers had bad attitudes, got one of out orders wrong, rushed everything and drinks weren’t made correctly. They tasted bad.
I think its the worst dunkin place i have ever been, hash was undercooked, coffee burnt, unpleasant slow moving staff
Did an online order and they didn't have the wrap I wanted. They told me when I got there so I said just swap for a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The young girl behind the counter left, came back 5 min later and then told me they couldn't because it was a 10 cent difference. I let them know that in the past they've always just swapped it and made up for the now 10 min I've been waiting! She's let out the biggest ugh, sigh, eye roll ever and turned and walked away. I never go to this Dunkins location if I have absolutely any other choice. SO MANY times, I've put in a mobile order at least 25 minutes in advance and I still have to wait another 10 sometimes 15 minutes. Constantly getting coffees wrong. SIMPLE coffees. Like as in a small iced, with 1 flavor, 3 and 3. Simple. Any food always is squished and/or falling apart in the bottom of the bag. My son's donut this morning was melted and FLAT.
