Ordered a plain coffee with Splenda and creamer on the side, they loaded it with cream and sugar in the actual coffee. Ordered regular avocado toast and they gave me a bacon toast. Thank god I wasn’t diabetic and I don’t eat pork. The “visiting” manager Stephanie was so condescending and rude. The cashier offered to refund and make my toast over again and Stephanie told her no just give her a refund. They messed up my order so badly and didn’t even seem to care. Thank you for bringing it back a tad old school and offering actual service from people! I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to just tell someone my order and not stare into the oblivion of a screen..Also seeing the donuts in the case is the best for the kiddos to get excited for their treat!
I love Bavarian cream! Three out of five times they do not have any and this week I bought two and they were dry and one of them did not have any cream in it at all. Wow
Ordered a sweet tea, got unsweetened sulfuric tasting tea, had to throw it out and the smell emanated out from the tea. Food was fine, but burnt. Really disgusting, disappointed to have wasted my money there.
