Unfortunately, I am addicted to Dunkin so I frequent the establishment. This morning I went through the drive through and ordered my usual iced coffee. The person comes to hand me a coffee with cold foam and I politely say it is wasn’t supposed to have cold foam. The person gets annoyed with me that they made it incorrectly.
