I got a sandwich and hashbrowns. When I left I noticed they gave me old hashbrowns. Dry burnt hard and cold. I asked them to replace the hashbrowns and they did when I left again and got home. I started eating a sandwich and there was black stringy hair in my sandwich.
Lady at the window was very rude literally rolled her eyes at me when she walked away and didn’t say anything after I said thank you TWICE.
WOW. The ladies here this morning were so on top of the customer service and getting people their orders quickly. I have never had such awesome, quick, kind, food and donuts fresh, service here in a while. Thank you so much ladies for being awesome and providing a great start to my day. If it’s new management then kudos to you!!
