I arrived there on July 26 around 10 am. I was happy when It was my turn to order, I told them what I want and some African American lady from drive thru came beside the cashier and started telling me what I want in a rude way. And she can't do basic math too, how embarrassing. And when my sandwich was ready, they just threw the bag without a care.
Went through the drive thru to order a drink and tried to ask the workers questions about one of the drinks. They were very unhelpful and kinda rude. Absolutely no customer service.
Looks like they need to learn how to warm up chicken wrap. Everytime i go I've to adk them to reheat because its always cold from inside.
Customer service has been improving tremendously! Great job
