No urgency...if I worked how these people do at my job I would be instantly fired. Ordered a coffee through the mobile app...another customer took my coffee - ok no biggie I then waited another 10 min all for them to tell me they forgot to make my order, I just laughed at walked out. If I forgot things in my line of work, id instantly get fired. No urgency nor motivation here.
I came in and ordered a breakfast sandwich and 3 donuts. Basic order. I ordered through the kiosk. Sandwich was made fast. That was great! However, the pink haired girl up front who was taking orders, getting donuts and somewhat making drinks, was doing more gossiping about personal matters and customers than doing her basic job. There was only 1 person in the store with me mind you, AND he came in after me and ordered a coffee and dozen donuts. He got his order before I got 3 donuts I ordered. Most of the time there are things missing from my order (2 of the 3 times i’ve gone to this location now). When it’s good it’s good, but it’s so inconsistent!
