I would like to start off by saying that this is the Dunkin that I come to often since it’s the closest to my home. I’ve never had an experience like I’ve had today…. Unfortunately, I ordered a latte through DoorDash. When I received my drink it was not properly sealed for delivery. Meaning there was not sticker over the straw entrance and there was no seal across the top of the lid to the cup. So, I 1st contacted DoorDash and reported the drink ofc!! Just picked up a decaf coffee with milk. It was so bitter, sour and burnt i couldn’t even think about drinking it. Complete waste of time and money. I tried calling the store to let them know it was bad, but their mailbox was full.
Always a great time when I go to Dunkin.
