I visited this location with friends through the drive thru and ordered a couple drinks. Mine, a matcha was then only issue with the order and I attempted to handle this directly and even after multiple follow ups with them saying they would reach out… nothing. After drinking most of my drink I discovering what I’m assuming to be a potato chip, in my drink.This is a very SERIOUS health risk that was not taken care of in the way it needed to be. This is BEYOND DISGUSTING!!
Very good service today. Staff was able to find a drink that fit my needs.
