I don't know what the issue is, I only come to this Dunkin on Saturday's in the evening twice in the past three weeks I've been told there is no more hot coffee both time I've gotten here well before closing and to be fair I got here 12 minutes before closing today due to the fact that there was like 10 or 15 cops blocking off duke and Leon street and I had to take a detour that being said still unacceptable you coffee and doughnuts I understand this happening once but twice is poor planning and customer service i don't know... read more
The young lady at the drive thru sucked and the jelly munchkins barley had jelly really disappointed
The drive-thru line was wrapped around the parking lot so I decided to go inside. Proceeded to wait at the counter for 5 minutes before being able to order. Once I ordered, waited another 4 minutes while the associate made drive-thru orders. And the coffee was made incorrectly. Awful.
Slow service,coffee was terrible. My donut was stale and hard.
