Got ejected from the line to order so that someone who just came out of the bathroom (which had been out of order for the last 6 years) could order first. Even better, when that customer got to the front of the line, no one bothered to help him either. Not a “I’ll help you in a moment” or anything, just flat out discarded.
The staff was extremely unprofessional, I was waiting for 15 minutes asking if someone can take my order, all they did was just look at me ,this place is the worst, customer service is terrible, don't waste your time or money going to this place,I been to over 100 Dunkin Donut and this place needs to to shut down ,they make you feel like you are bothering them and all I wanted was coffee, These people are rude and disrespectful as for the manager is was completely useless he needs to be replaced in order for this place to ru... read more
