Helped me decide on dunkinlatte - was not disappointed!
Placed a mobile order for drive through and was sitting at the window with nobody ahead of me for 7 minutes while the staff was visibly sitting on their phones and talking and I could see orders sitting on the shelf but nobody came to the window.
The staff at the restaurant I went to did not want to see me and kept doing as they wanted to do. Finally once someone came to help me my coffee was made wrong 3 times and just very frustrated 🥴
Emily at the 183 Summer st Kingston MA DUNKIN. is an incredible team member who maintained a professional and positive attitude even when faced with rude customers. She turned what could have been a negative experience into a great one for me. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her hard work and excellent customer service.
