Busy but organized. And pleasant staff. Breakfast meal deal is worth it!
I go to this location daily and recently they have changed the way your order and pay. You now order and pay with an employee as you first pull into the drive though isle. This is causing major traffic jams for people who are either not going to DD and need to get through the parking lot and other people who are trying to get into line to order. It's a terrible way to run the drive through. It actually deters people from coming to this DD location.
Terrible customer service. Pulled up to the speaker and was greeted a girl saying “are you ready to order” one second after we pulled in. Then we ordered and got to the window and was given total by a boy who just got dropped off we literally saw him get out of a car and walk inside as we pulled in. No hello no good by no talking besides the total. No one else was in the line in-front of us or behind us so it wasn’t a busy time of day.
