Is amazing how this team has been getting my breakfast order done every morning so perfectly prepared. They are always on point with everything. This is the only DD location in SWFL in which for sure your hot coffee will never be cold. genuinely the best dunkin in lee county! Almost everyday i come to get a drink/breakfast and i always get greeted by such sweet and kind people there energy is 10/10 they make me feel like im gonna have a great day! They are also fast and efficient!
I don't usually post many reviews and I am an avid Dunkin orderer I go to dunkin' almost on a daily basis this Dunkin is by my house and every single time that I order the drink that I order, I order light ice and they asked me to either pay an extra dollar to fill it all the way up or the cup is half filled and when I ask about it they say that they can't fill it up anymore because the base is expensive but they are the ONLY Dunkin in Fort Myers that does it that way.. I would go to a different one.
I had such a wonderful experience at Dunkin thanks to Nicole. From the moment she greeted me at the drive thru her energy was uplifting and contagious. She had such a genuine smile and a warm personality that immediately made my morning better. The people working today,9/18 at 8:40am were ALL very nice. Greeted me, smiled if they saw me from a distance, asked me how I'm doing today. They were quick with the food. Location is small but perfect for on the go. Getting here was a little confusing but I figured it out.
