.I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered a caramel latte. After driving away, I took my first sip and noticed it wasn’t hot as I expected. I immediately called and spoke with the manager, who provided exceptional customer service. She addressed the issue without hesitation, and when I returned, she personally remade my coffee with care and love. Iv been to this location many times as it is closed to my work. I don’t normally write reviews but time after time they prove themselves. The staff is incredible sweet, they always get my order correct, quick, and the food/drinks always are good! If your looking for any dunkin, this is the one!
