Came in July 5th at 3:30 and I didn't see my mobile order on the counter so I went back to my car to get my phone because I thought I might have ordered at a different location. The girl inside basically acted like I was lying to her thinking that I already picked up my drink I said no. And then she said well you're the only one that has been in here in a while are you sure you didn't get it and I said no basically wanting to argue with me. I had the absolutely BEST service at this location on both on my visits while running a project in the area. Each employee was SO friendly and upbeat - it was a great way to start my day, not to mention how FAST the drive through line was, I barely had a wait and was ordering for a group - impressive! This is my all time favorite Dunkin. I go there for coffee in the am before work at the crack of dawn. Everyone is fun and friendly. Order perfect every time. Clean and efficient. I tell them every day how great they are but had to share. Even went today on a weekend and saw my faves. Have a great day. Keep crushing the customer service. You’re a rare jewel in Ft. Myers
5 stars. Would give 10 if I could. These workers are nothing short of amazing people and don’t get enough credit. They’re so funny and chill. They brighten up my day, I’ve never left this drive thru without smiling. Order is never wrong. Energy is never anything less than phenomenal. Super sweet lady taking my order always calls me queen . I usually come around 9 to 10am, so morning crew is top tier- can’t speak for any other time of the day.
I asked them if they remake the drinks here and he rudely said “NO” I have NEVER came across a Dunkin to not remake a drink or ANY place. Please get rid of these people who hate their job.
