I had such a wonderful experience at Dunkin thanks to Nicole. From the moment she greeted me at the drive thru her energy was uplifting and contagious. She had such a genuine smile and a warm personality that immediately made my morning better. The people working today,9/18 at 8:40am were ALL very nice. Greeted me, smiled if they saw me from a distance, asked me how I'm doing today. They were quick with the food. Location is small but perfect for on the go. Getting here was a little confusing but I figured it out.
I have to give the Manager at this location, Neka, a huge shout out! I have had the pleasure of working with her for a corporate event and she was nothing short of amazing and so so helpful! Even with a change to the order with three days until the event, she worked with us, and was the ONLY Dunkin in the area to answer the phone and take our bulk order! We will definitely be returning for any other corporate needs! Thank you again Neka, and to her helpful and friendly crew!
