Who im assuming is the manager by the way she was so rudely yelling at the workers, some albanian or middle eastern woman, is hella rude to the customers and the staff after my order was taken she let out a big huff and i watched her drop a bag of food and still hand it off to the customer. I got avocado toast and it was hard as a rock and not as big as it normally is at other dunkins. First and last time here. I feel so bad for the staff in this toxic work environment. That lady gotta go.
Made my drink perfect
I ordered a simple chai latte with a shot of espresso and it was the worst one I've ever had. Even starbucks could've done better. Mine was bitter, burnt, and I could see plenty of coffee grounds floating in my drink. Then there was the service. The lady who took my order was very curt and was asking me and other customers if we smelled something weird when we came in. Not only did I have the best drink of my life here today, but Aidan had the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Super friendly bless his heart.
The food always taste great and the staff is quick & friendly.
