The staff is awesome and they make great coffee
Manager (magna?) was unexpectedly hostile. Snapped at me when I had parking questions (traveling through richmond) and snapped openly at multiple workers in a tone that I found to be berating and unprofessional. I was surprised by her attitude until I read similar comments, suggesting a pattern.
The door slams so loud please fix it.
Update - went in today. Saturday at 715 and they are closing up and have no food or coffee. Why list being open for another 45 mins. Update - how is this store allowed to be open. They do not have lids so they are unable to sell coffee...no sizes. You can not sell your primary product, shut down. How is this ok? If some one puts in online order in, it can not be fulfilled and you know this. I just walked in at 730p and was told they do not serve coffee past 730. Though they close at 8p. I don't understand
