I ordered a frozen coffee and received a coffee barely blended
This location makes ordering with the app frustrating. Too many times they do not have items that you've ordered. This time, they did not have sparkling water for their new sparklong zero sugar energy drink. Had to change the drink order on the fly at the drive-tnru. They then gave me the wrong size drinks. Had to go in the store to ask for what I paid for. Not so much as a "sorry" was given
The ladies working this morning were really friendly and on there A game! Or drinks were ready by the time we finished paying and my friends sandwich was up by the time we got to the end of the counter.
I would drive miles away before ever coming to this location. I've never had a poor experience at Dunkin before. I was hesitant to go to this location due to the 3.1 star rating at the time. It was to say the least, disgusting. I could tell they do not thoroughly wash their equipment. The hash browns tasted like dish soap. Their coffee tasted just as bad. I have been to plenty of Dunkin’s around the city but This is the worst Dunkin I have EVER been too. The service is awful they are always forgetting something and the manager is just as rude as her staff! Corporate did absolutely nothing either. So hopefully this review helps others
