Slow service
They will get your order wrong and give you a hard time when you want it corrected. I asked for a large but got a medium and got charged a dollar to correct it even though it’s less than a dollar difference. Then what I received was just extra ice and it was not even filled to the top of the cup. Typically I love dunkin but this location has a tendency to over charge and have poor customer service.
Lady tried charging us a dollar extra for chipotle sauce. We went right up the road and got it for free. This place is a scam and the food is always cold.
