Did a mobile order 5 mins down the road when i arrived I was the only person. Food still took a decent amount and was made wrong. Even though I did it on the app.
When I arrived at six thirty p m, there was no donuts at all out all of the drinks were on the counter in little pictures where bugs and other debris could get into when asking. If there were any donuts left, the person that works, that was very rude. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin' Donuts.
The staff was not friendly; they didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes, and one rep came over the counter with a straight face and no greeting and took my order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with a large shaking expresso. I asked him for some ice. He said it was $1 for ice, and I already had a cup; I just needed Ice. It's a really terrible place to stop by, and the customer service is very poor. They need better training or hire people who want to work. They're never going to get my money again, and I hope anyone reading... read more
Every time I ordered a large latte, my cup is only 3/4 actual liquid and the rest foam. Its more of a cappuccino.
