Great donuts and great coffee!

There was not one time at this place to have what I need. Today made it worse. I asked BEFORE starting my order if they had the jelly donuts. She said yes. I order, she does not. Tell me the total, just get to the window. I get there and the gentleman tells me: actually we are out. Like, when are you not? I ordered 2 instead of 3, he did not evwn give me my receipt or say sorry. And t at the end I said thank you, have a good day. No response whatsoever. Customer service is not like it was before, sadly.
