So, I have lost 1000’s of redemption points ($100’s of dollars) because the staff is so incompetent about the app. None of them can help you, whatsoever. I finally figured out after failing so many times how to even redeem my points. I ordered hot latte, but I got a cold regular coffee. Never come again.
This used to be a good location, but it has gone downhill. The baristas are always working alone, and one girl is especially rude she’s unprofessional, always has her hair down, and I’ve never once seen her smile. The last straw was finding a hair in my coffee. Really disappointing
