The service here was very disappointing today, especially with it being my teens first time driving through a drive thru. At around 10am, we pulled up to the order sign and sat there for several minutes with no greeting. So we eventually pull around to the window. this location is usually good. but why would you hand me my coffee like this. not even full lol, and then i could 99.9999% guarantee they’re out of coffee milk for the dunkalatte and just didn’t say anything cuz it tastes awful
Ordered two toasted sourdough sandwiches and a warmed muffin. The delivery driver sat there for forever picking up my order, and yet he only brought me one untoasted sandwich and a cold, hard muffin. Why the wait if you're not even actually making or heating the food?
