Customer service at this place is ground level zero! Imagine visiting a coffee shop, ordering a Dunkin midnight, and being told that it’s not available… how do you not have coffee at a coffee place…
4 employees standing at drivethru window. Waiting on 1 person. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order then get attitude like I am bothering them. Yes they all saw me when I walked in. Yes I requested assistance.
So you tell me at the window on the drive thru that I have to walk in, an the bag is sitting right in front of you. Wow. Some people have no customer service skills, then when I walk thru the door you hand me the bag. Won't except anymore orders from here.
