I’ve been coming to this dunkin for a few months now and have never had a single complaint. The Employees are always so sweet and go above and beyond for their customers until recently. I came by to get a refresher and I asked if I could substitute oat milk with whole milk since i’m allergic and the employee with pink hair and a lot of piercings refused to substitute it with whole milk. I’ve never had this issue before and I am very disappointed with the customer service with that employee.
Got coffee and a doughnut. Coffee was ok. Over sweet. Doughnut was terrible. Had better from a gas station. It's Dunkin Doughnuts...... hello..... Mc fly..
Becca (sorry if I misspelled) has always been very friendly and welcoming. Recently had a problem with my coffee and she fixed it with no problem. Really appreciate her kindness especially before starting a long day of work! Thank you Becca and your staff (:
