I like this dunkin they know my name
No napkins, no stir stick, no sugar. All were specifically requested.
I'd usually come through the drive-thru and the team would be decent. However, this morning, a team member greeted me in the worst way possible. She said, "Ma'am, can you hold on a minute?" with attitude and it honestly hurt me to the point where I drove off. I'm not visiting anymore Dunkin Donuts locations. It just seems like they hire individuals that do not care how they communicate with others.
10+ minute wait after ordering 4 food items and a coffee. Crew was unfamiliar with the names of their products when read directly off of the sign.
I use to really love this location, but recently the service has been a miss and our orders just haven't been right. I want to keep coming back and giving them business, but at this point I may end up going to starbucks... Please work on this.
