The service is awful the people are nice the speed is slower than a snail
I tried applying, never got a reply. staff is never in on time and they're idiots when taking orders apparently. good food though.
Not sure who they had working the window late morning today (1/17) but her attitude was miserable, if you don’t like your job maybe quit? I get mess ups happen I work in the food industry myself but don’t be nasty to me because you gave me the wrong order :)
I had a fantastic experience! Katherine and the other young lady working with her were both incredibly kind and professional. They were super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their hard work and positive attitudes really stood out, and they made the entire experience much smoother. Highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts.
