Props to the manager cause she was the only one out of four people doing anything messed up my drink up twice but just chose to deal with the second one cause at least it had marshmallow cold foam she clearly was doing her best while everybody else did nothing literally get her better help
Waited in lobby for 10-15 minutes to order then let a group cut the line and order. Then the employee ignored the rest of the people in line and then started back to drive through waiting another 10mins before just leaving the store terrible customer service.
This place is so slow it makes you wonder if anyone is actually working there. Probably a lack of competent management.
