Went in the morning. We used to go here ritually because it was right by the house. I placed mobile order. My wife picked it up. They told her it was everything. It was not. When we got back about half our or so later. They went to give me the same food and said its not their fault I forgot it and I should know what I ordered..... The little girl there was extremely rude. Wasn't the girl who is at the window usually. I'll get her name as well
Always pleasant towards customers
I bought a drink along with my order . When I requested 2 small cups ( so I can share with my kids) they told me no. Only at this location are the stingy with cups!
I ordered two Maple Bacon Egg and Cheese on an english muffin. I asked that the muffins be toasted so that it appears toasted with a bith of brown vs the standard Dunkin 3 second toaster pass through. This location had no other customers. I received the sandwiches on croissants. No big deal. I reiterated kindly that I would like the English muffins extra toasted. New sandwiches had the correct ingredients but the muffins were barely warm and not really toasted. No big deal. I apologized to them for being high maintenance and... read more
