I ordered my usual order the kid taking the order did not take my order right. From the beginning he was laughing at my order then made it wrong after waiting almost 20 mins in the drive through. Told him we had two orders one online the other there. Pull up my drink is wrong I tell them they poor out most of my drink and filled it with milk so the only thing u taste is milk. Servers attitude was confrontational not very good very loud music blaring in the background. I was asked to wait for my food and then a bunch of people got served while I wait while my food was ready Ordered croissant sandwiches found bagel sandwiches. Do not recommend this location.
Got there at 6:45pm.. doors were locked even though they close at 7PM daily. We knocked on the door and the employees gave a rude look and shook their heads no. The girl counting the register looked back down and ignored us while the guy stood there laughing at us. This is NOT the first time that this has happened.
Went in the morning. We used to go here ritually because it was right by the house. I placed mobile order. My wife picked it up. They told her it was everything. It was not. When we got back about half our or so later. They went to give me the same food and said its not their fault I forgot it and I should know what I ordered..... The little girl there was extremely rude. Wasn't the girl who is at the window usually. I'll get her name as well
