I came in during a busy hour and i see all the employees working extremely hard then i see this one boy just standing there not really doing anything. The food was great as always but the whole time i was there i saw him do about one drink. I asked the co-workers his mame and they said derek. Hold your employees to a higher standard!
Every time I go to this Dunkin they mess up my order. This was my last time. When you call nobody answers the phone. I order sausage egg and cheese croissant . They gave me a bagel with cream cheese. Just to get on the high to see that it’s wrong again
I have never paid extra for ordering no ice on a large ice tea. I am so glad that I caught this location trying to charge me $1.00 for ordering no ice. I order the same thing at many different stores and have never paid extra for no ice.
I ordered my usual order the kid taking the order did not take my order right. From the beginning he was laughing at my order then made it wrong after waiting almost 20 mins in the drive through. Told him we had two orders one online the other there. Pull up my drink is wrong I tell them they poor out most of my drink and filled it with milk so the only thing u taste is milk.
