I was having THE WORST day and I really just needed a good coffee to make my emotional butt feel better and omg did they deliver! I could tell from her voice it was going to be good. The customer service was immaculate and my latte tasted like I made it myself (I work at Dunkin and make on point latte's) I just had to write a review to praise the woman who made my coffee, I wish I had caught her name
Went in today to pick up a mobile order and got it home and its missing 2 items. drove back and went inside and told them i was missing a coffe cake muffin and an egg and cheese sandwhich. then i was told the muffin i ordered they were out of which would have been nice to know when picking it up. Got the muffin and waited another 15 mins and never got the sandwhich. Sorry I dont have time to wait around for your screw up.
