I ordered a medium sweet iced tea. The color was clear. I returned it and said they forgot the tea. The replacement was a very light amber. Like they dipped a tea bad in and pulled it out. How do they not know why color tea is?

Great coffee!!! Their Donuts and Munchkins are going down hill.
They fill the entire cup up with ice, you end up with about 2 ounces of what you actually paid for.
My husband made an online order for a couple drinks and donuts. We walked in to stand in line, and were greeted after a couple minutes by a young man who asked if we needed help. My husband said, "yes, we're picking up a mobile order." The guy replied, "no problem! It'll probably be ready soon."
