My husband made an online order for a couple drinks and donuts. We walked in to stand in line, and were greeted after a couple minutes by a young man who asked if we needed help. My husband said, "yes, we're picking up a mobile order." The guy replied, "no problem! It'll probably be ready soon." I have tolerated the abuse that the owner of this establishment dishes out to his employees almost every day I go. Today was the worst ever!!!! A new employee was working, only there 2 weeks and was not sure how to make something the "Dunkin Way", the owner berated him in front of the customers because he wasn't sure how to make it and what I noticed was lack of training, which the employee then proceeded to tell the owner that he isn't trained properly.
