How about greeting your customers when they are at the counter trying to order? Not just blankly staring at them. You work in customer service if you don’t feel comfortable talking to people get a new job. On top of all that they gave me the wrong coffee. Unprofessional and incompetent.
I was really disappointed with my visit. While picking a donut from the display, I saw flies flying around them. When I sat down to eat, I noticed bugs on the walls. On top of that, the workers didn’t seem welcoming or kind, which made the experience even worse. I hope the store addresses both the hygiene and customer service issues.
