Got a Boston cream donut with no filling and a "coffee" that was literally all ice
How about greeting your customers when they are at the counter trying to order? Not just blankly staring at them. You work in customer service if you don’t feel comfortable talking to people get a new job. On top of all that they gave me the wrong coffee. Unprofessional and incompetent.
