Ordered an iced latte... it looked and tasted like flavored milk. I asked if they could put a little more espresso in it because it didn't taste like it had any and I was told I'd have to pay more an "extra shot."
I started this new job and have stopped everyday at this Dunkin for 2 months now and ordered the same drink and same order every single day. Now all the sudden the lady in the Drive-Thru tells me that she's not allowed to modify a certain drink that they've modified for 2 months now. So this Duncan has lost my business because there's a Starbucks right down the road and I don't recommend you going to this dunking if you don't want it exactly the way they make it because they'll refuse to fix it for you.
