THE cahiers had no name tags so I do not have a name was extremely rude. I asked for unsweetened French vanilla but she said we dont have it. But It was clearly on the shelf behind her, the other employee grabbed it as to put it in my drink and the cahier told her not to. What is that all about. I think this location needs more help or better training 🤔 The lines and wait time are similar to the rides at universal studios
Took 20+ mins for them to get through 2 cars- given one bag each. Almost got rear ended by 2 separate vehicles. First vehicle backed out because of how long the line was taking. The drive through took extremely sharp turns- and with cars being so close to us, it was either- we damage our car ourselves, or get hit by people with no sense of personal space. Coffee sucks. Food sucks. Then smell of burnt food just radiates out of the building. DO NOT GO HERE.
