Why put new things on the menu when you order it and they look at you like u have 3 heads and then proceed to make it wrong twice. They need better training
Bring back the old coffee this new coffee is crap .. and overpriced and it make me physically sick

i usually have no issues but lately half the employees know my order by heart and make it perfectly whereas moments like today at 11:49 they all of a sudden dont give your change back? disappear from the window and dont change their coffee either? like come on now just because i gave you a $5 plus the change doesnt mean that change was for you lol this isnt the first time either. the fact that i feel so silly typing this up and yet- thats grimey, and that is how you lose business.
Completely dissatisfied with a 5.86 drink and not just a lot of ice but the entire drink was all ice soooo upset d8dnt notice until I got to school. This should not be the case . Im so upset wasted money
