Editing from two stars down to one. Months later I had the exact same experience. I was asked to pull to the side for an extended amount of time for one iced coffee, while cars behind me are being served within seconds and sent off. Again, staff is polite and food is fine, but I don't understand why one coffee creates such a wait. I gave this one a second chance but never again. Ordered a cookie butter cloud latte and it was made all wrong, they put pretzels and candy inside and sunk all to the bottom. Doesn’t taste right at all.
