Five star friendly staff when I visited in person. This is a petite Dunkin Dounuts with only 4 small individual tables and a window bar seating area for 3. I know from living in the area that they have a decent drive thru business in the early mornings before / during from commuters. Nice clean bathroom.
I waled in for a cup of coffee. I was the only one at the counter. It took 15 minutes for the person to take my order. They need more or better help.
The lady in the drive thru was rude and cut me off when we were ordering. Made us pull around to wait for TWO drinks and it wasn’t even busy. One small latte that wasn’t even hot and an iced coffee that was not made correctly when we asked for the refund she gave an attitude and started slamming stuff on the counter. Don’t go here if u want terrible service usually the guy in the drive thru in the mornings is nice but this lady was terrible.
There were flies on the donuts and it looked disgusting. Bad service as well. Not coming back
