The workers are super rude. Don’t ask for anything special like a straw or napkins or else they’ll tell you to get the hell out of their drive thru and to just leave.
I ordered a medium drink with LESS ICE. And received a cup with EXTRA ice. This is all that was left when I removed the ice.. such a disappointment
I’ve been going before work somtimes and everytime I go I always leave unsatisfied and even angry . I shouldn’t have to feel angry, unheard, and fed up with everything in the morning after just going for a morning coffee. The lady in the window is rude, doesn’t say any goodmorning, thank you, you’re welcome, have a nice day, NO manners at all. If you hate your job then DONT GO. find another job.
