The service was terrible today. The order was incorrect three whole times and we payed for things we didn’t ask for and when asked for the correction to be made no apologies given just rudeness. No communication was made by team and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes just for a drink. Will not be coming back to this location.
Lady ignored us for about 15 minutes total, we ordered and still left us in the dark for 2 dozen donuts. Total wait time was over 20 minutes.
This Dunkin’ visit absolutely delivered from start to finish. I went with a mix of drinks, savory bites, and something sweet, and everything worked together perfectly. The Iced Charli Cold Foam was smooth and refreshing, with the cold brew coming through cleanly and the caramel and cold foam adding just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering it.
