The overnight employee with glasses and dark hair is by far one of the worst fast-food workers I have ever encountered. My boyfriend went the drive-thru today and we are regulars because it’s the closest dunkin to us and he ordered three coffees: an iced mocha with oat milk and cookie flavoring, a hot extra-extra with caramel, and a hot toasted almond coffee. The shop smelled like dirty detergent and the Indian lady at the register was rude and untrained. There was no place to be seated even though the place had no customers because all the seats were very dirty!
