Bad service, rude staff, zero star.

They need to work on their customer service.
Every time I come to the drive through, instead of starting with a “Hello”, they just say “WHAT DO YOU WANT”. With a tone as if I am inconveniencing them by coming to the speaker. The interaction always ends with “PULL AROUND”, as if I’m a child given commands by my mom. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today when I got to the window, I handed her my phone and said “thank you”, she didn’t acknowledge me, then handed me my order, to which again I said “thank you”, and she didn’t respond.
