Rude condescending attitude from the lady who took my order today. She acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. I come most Fridays and I may need to go elsewhere.

The manager on duty is very rude, and disrespectful. My daughter went in and ordered an iced coffee and waited over 20 minutes for this. The manager said that mobile orders are priority and proceeded to disregard my daughter. I was watching from the parking lot, as people that entered after my daughter, ordered and left. I walked in. I saw an employee with over 5 drinks, trying to get them done and losing herself while doing it. I asked my daughter what her number was and proceeded to look at the cups.
