I went to Dunkin' Donuts and order a Chai. Tea latte with half ice. They handed me a large cup only filled half full with tea and ice. When I asked them where the rest of it was, they told me, they can only measure what they're allowed to measure out. If you order half ice, it doesn't come as a full latte. I asked were was the rest was and the manager told me that's all they can do. They handed me a small chi tee latte in a large cup. The incompetence of the employees at this location is astounding. Literally picked out donuts we wanted at drive through and when I opened them at home, not 1 donut I ordered was in the box... Out of 12
