I have been coming to this Dunkin for a while in the mornings and it has gotten better than before. I did realize that there has been a new employee with who talks at the window and takes my order, who is kind welcoming and smiles, before when I came here the other girl that I seen was rude, and rushed me to order always looking cold and annoyed. You probably toast 1,000 bacon egg and cheese croissants everyday
Was on line waiting for a simple 🥐 ,small refresher anf a medium pumpkin latte...was in the drive thru line for almost 25 mins ..by far the worst .. i beep the horn and they ignore me ...he finally comes to the window and I said are u fresh squeezing the lemons for the refresher. He looked at me and said the order is being made....I really can't with the lack of urgency and customer service skills these people have .I wouldn't go back to this place if they paid me to!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Dunkin charged me TWICE for the same order and then refused to refund me. Instead, they told me they would give me a discount the next day for the inconvenience. I came back the next day, and of course, they didn’t honor that either. So I was charged twice, refused a refund, given a promise to make it right, and then that promise was ignored.
