You’ve been warned. This Dunkin is horrendous. I have to find a different route to hit Dunkin’s for my family because this one is too incompetent to know what they have. There speaker/mic is either broke or the employees can’t hear because my wife wanted a Frozen Chocolatey Indulgence and I said that exactly from their online menus but the guy kept repeating back other items - protein drink, frozen coffee, chocolate coffee… after yelling it four times he finally got it.
