Waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches that were cold and 2 drinks then was refused a refund
Today is 10/31..I've never been to Dunkin for coffee more less breakfast but decided to give it a try. WORST mistake of my life. After my order of 4 coffees, 4 breakfast sandwiches, and half a dozen doughnuts I was asked to wait parked in front for my order in which a rude employee came out to give me my breakfast sandwiches when I asked about the coffees doughnuts he responded "Oh your waiting on drinks too?" Spending hard earned money in this economy and getting this is so incredibly disappointing. Based on the reviews this location needs some real work on the food they are putting out. To cut this bagel so poorly then to burn it and still decide it’s okay to serve with soggy oil soaked hash browns is crazy and wildly inconsiderate service.
I normally don't do this, but I have to say that this Tuesday morning, October 28th, I went through the drive thru on Webster. The cashier/worker was very rude as I added a donute to my order at the window. Only one car behind me. The food is nothing to brag about either. I ordered the bagel with egg bacon and cheese meal. Bagel wasn't toasted, hashbrowns were soggy, greasy, and tasted old. The iced coffee was too sweet to drink. I asked for sugar and creamer on the side. I got neither.
