Got my coffee and wanted to order some donuts and legit stood there for about 20 mins. No help whatsoever. Employees just stood there and talked. AVOID THIS LOCATION

Stopped by a nearly empty Dunkin’ Donuts, which made for a quiet visit. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful—definitely a highlight of the experience. The store itself was pretty small, which made seating and space feel limited. Tried the ham and Swiss croissant stuffer, but it was disappointingly small and didn’t look very appetizing. If there was an option for zero stars I would’ve pressed it! I had orderd a coffee on the tablet no issue. Until I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and stood at the front staring all x3 employees down wanting assistance for a donut. For 30minutes. I don’t mean to be a “Karen” but me trying to wave down an employee down while there’s no one in the drive thru needs to be re-trained. I will never be coming back here!
