I’ve been a daily Dunkin’ customer for years, often visiting once or twice a day, but my experience at the Linthicum, MD location (Store #349203) today was extremely disappointing. I bought a coffee and, just minutes after leaving the drive-thru, it spilled all over me. I returned immediately and politely asked the employee, Vera, if she could remake the drink. Extremely efficient, I’ll give them that!
Employees ignore you when you’re at the register to place an order. Crumbs all over the counter and an odd odor inside.
The experience is extremely similar to a vending machine.You go up you slide your card, you pay, you get food.You leave, there's no customer service, no bathroom, no place to sit down, no place to wash your hands.If I wanted this experience, I would go to evening machine.Save yourself time , just go to a vending machine , same experience
