customer service is zero . that Indian lady work she act like she is the boss, but her attitude and Customer Service is very bad .
Change the closing time if you aren’t going to take orders at 8:50pm. That’s a full 10 minutes until closing and you want to say that you will NOT take anymore orders? What’s the point of saying you’re closing at 9pm then.
This is the only location I go to. They are hands down the most down to earth courteous people I've interacted with. And they almost know my usual lol.
Everything is good. Forget the summer heat, you can enjoy your donut and drink and experience a “Winter” atmosphere everyday. You read it correctly - it’s pretty cold in the store. You will live the Winter everyday. There’s snow inside flake I confirmed the inside temperature reached 32°F at some point (or at least it feels like it) 🥶
