Every morning I go to get a bagel. I ask for toasted bagel. Never have I ever gotten one that was actually toasted! Today….not even warm! Just bread basically! Definitely done with giving chances and will not be returning since a bagel can’t be done. Other issues also with not getting stuff I’ve paid for. So sad because I don’t have those issue anywhere else. Love dunkin but food isn’t worth it here.
Today they disappoint me!!! This is BS!!!
Staff is not friendly and are reluctant to ring you up for a drink and will have you standing there at the register while they have conversations and scroll on their phones
