My son and I go to this Dunkin every Friday, and I just wanted to point out that Kerticia is always working with a big smile on her face. It’s so nice to start our morning with someone so sweet — she really sets the tone for the rest of our day. Her kindness and positive attitude never go unnoticed 🫶🏻

I had a really bad experience at this Dunkin. The cashier *Tasha* with the ponytail had a rude attitude from the moment I walked up, like she didn’t even want to take my order. I felt completely ignored standing at the register while she clearly saw me there and didn’t acknowledge me for a while. On top of that, when she finally did take my order, it was made incorrectly.
