We have a special needs daughter and have been going to OU Children’s for years… long before Dunkin came to OU. We are there usually a few times a month. The last couple times we have come Dunkin has had music on extremely loud in their lobby… you cannot hear the peaceful piano music the hospital plays over it. In fact at our last visit it was so loud you could not hear the TV in the waiting room down the hall over their music. Inside hospital, difficult to get to, long line, limited menu.
Absolute worst customer service we have ever received, employees were extremely disrespectful and the food was very poorly prepared as well as missing items. Do not use this Dunkin.
