Most vicious owner of a establishment.. I parked here to run my 3 year old into the childrens hospital for an emergency. There were no clear signs that said no parking. The owner called to have my vehicle towed. I got outside before it could actually be towed. Then M&M towing made me stand out in the pouring rain with My baby until I payed them
I took a bite of my sweet black peeper bacon sandwhich today and to my surprise there was a metal wire just inside on my bacon. I did get a full refund.
Service was awful! Drink was not made with any effort. Definitely need a new crew that enjoys their job, for a dunkin to be in a children's hospital where people bring their children. Some parents are here day, night, weeks maybe months as well as people that work in the hospital that may need a boost of coffee or a quick bite to eat. Service with a greeting or a smile may make that person's day. The employees just aren't it.
lol definitely stuck to donuts. Got a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Trying to figure out how to upload the pic of my cold, unmelted Swiss cheese on a $5 sandwich. Line was too long to go back through and let’s be honest, they don’t care.
