Lol id give it a negative if i could... the customer service is absolutely trash here... You do realize yiu working at a hospital right... A CHILDRENS HOSPITAL AT THAT... I walked up to order, waited 5 mins for them to slow make thier way to the register... i said HI! and was greeted with a blank glare no smile as if to say "You gonna order or nah?" they really need to hire new staff that are excited about their job or at least ACT friendly... good lord
Ordered online. Still spent 30 minutes waiting on one drink while the other was ready instantly. I received about a tsp of whipped cream on a signature latte.
Most vicious owner of a establishment.. I parked here to run my 3 year old into the childrens hospital for an emergency. There were no clear signs that said no parking. The owner called to have my vehicle towed. I got outside before it could actually be towed. Then M&M towing made me stand out in the pouring rain with My baby until I payed them
I took a bite of my sweet black peeper bacon sandwhich today and to my surprise there was a metal wire just inside on my bacon. I did get a full refund.
Service was awful! Drink was not made with any effort. Definitely need a new crew that enjoys their job, for a dunkin to be in a children's hospital where people bring their children. Some parents are here day, night, weeks maybe months as well as people that work in the hospital that may need a boost of coffee or a quick bite to eat. Service with a greeting or a smile may make that person's day. The employees just aren't it.
