ita very hard to mess up coffee
Food is hit or miss (sometimes cold). Customer service awful; especially lady taking orders in drive thru. But drinks are consistently good.
I don’t know who hire these people at the cashier but they are the worst people to deal with. 0/100 customer service. I went there to get iced matcha and asked to get 3 more scoops of matcha and let her know the cashier that I am okay with getting charged extra. She said okay and she gave me the drink and it was milky and I asked her politely to add more scoops of matcha and she can charge my card but on the order label I can see she forgot to put the additional match scoop I asked for. I dont know why I keep coming here. Every time I give them a chance , they just remind me why I no longer come to this location. The Lady at the Drive thru window is so rude. She doesn't say Goodmorning, Thank you, your welcome , Nothing. She acts as if it's literally killing her to serve you. I don't know why or how she is still there and every time I go she reminds me why I no longer come to this location, on top of my coffee always taste bad and watered down.
Delicious ice-cream. Fun flavors. Good service.
