I would like to give a shout out to Yash for his awesome customer service but not only as being an employee of Dunkin but he always asks how I am doing with being the care giver for my mom who is going thru Chemo. Being in a business and having friendly staff makes it worth going! Store always clean and staff is always kind. Thank you Yash !!!!
Ordered 2 bagels, 10 donut holes, and an iced pistachio latte with an extra shot of espresso. They apparently rang me up for only 1 donut (drive thru) and then put all the onus on me. Also, there is NO way they gave me enough espresso as the latte was super light. Skipping them the next time and heading to Timmy's.
Staff is polite, but they never stir the drink!! Ice coffee with a bunch of cream and Carmel at the bottom of my cup.
They refuse to answer anybody in the Drive-Thru
They charge 40 cents for water? Seriously? For some tap water? I ordered food with it so it wasn’t just a water by itself.
