Fast and friendly and had choices that their competitors should have but didn’t.
Redi was pleasant at the drive thru window. He created an inclusive environment with his kindness. This location ALWAYS makes my drink correctly, so I keep coming back. The brown sugar shaken Espresso is my favorite
Staff was very polite. Couple things I didn't like was their parking lot really needs the holes filled in. Also when did the doughnuts get so small. Meijer doughnuts tasted better.
Ordered sausage egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and a lemonade. Croissant came out fine, lemonade came out fine, and then there was no hash browns. Went to ask the cashier and she just said "no I didn't put that in for you", no apology, no offer to order it now, just nope didn't put it in. Will never come back to this location or possibly any other.
