Horrendous. They must have bots giving them good ratings. Always stale bagels. It's like they put the hash browns in a blender and throw them at the wall. Wake up wraps also look like they tear them up for no reason. If an item isn't already ruined, they make it their mission to ruin it before serving it.
Amazing service at this location. Placed a mobile order multiple days while in town, & every time it was ready as soon as I walked in. I wish my local Dunkin's were as good as this one. It's top notch!
Genuinely feel sorry for the level of ineptitude here. The only thing dumber is ME for going back. But hey…… at least they’re rude about it. 🤣🤣
I will NEVER be back there you guys have made me feel uncomfortable for the last time this place doesn’t value regular customer at all they get upset if you ask for well done bacon. Make you feel like an outcast just because you don’t want rubber bacon. When I walk into the building they make me feel extremely uncomfortable they start yelling I’m not making her sandwich.
