Manager of this location is exceptionally rude. Customer service is horrible and she refuses to do anything “extra” like melt a little sugar before putting it into my ice coffee. Yes I know they have liquid sugar but it tastes awful, and only takes 2 seconds to melt sugar with a tiny splash of hot coffee in the same cup that the ice coffee is being made in. Took a star always because of the attitudes from the new drive-through folks. Something changed about 3 weeks ago when trying to order. Coffee has been wrong with no caramel added when asked for both coffees we get an attitude because we have to ask again for it. Service was great before something. changed. 4-18-2026 No change. Still wonderful smoking and the line backed out the road. Take breaks when you are not busy. Worst customer service around. Was given a latte with no coffee in it after waiting for 15 min.
The old lady who works the drive thru is INSANELY rude. They also don’t allow you to add on whip cream after you forgot to add it even though you said you’d pay for it is crazy and I’ve never heard of them doing that until now. -10/10 experience. The coffee is also always so bitter and nasty like they let the coffee sit for hours and then still serve it to you. So make you don’t forget your whip cream guys
