SICK OF THEM THEY ALWAYS MESSING UP YOUR ORDER LIKE THEY CANT READ
Doors say 8pm closure. Doors are locked. Called the store no one answered. Tried to go through drive through, the car in front didn’t move for over 5 min, so I left. Anytime we have actually been able to go in, the customer service is beyond terrible and all the donuts are gone. We were told they are brought in and not made in the store. Would not recommend this business.
Today I experienced poor customer Service at the Lexington, SC Dunkin Donuts on W. Main st. I had walked inside the restaurant to pick up my mobile order and when I looked at the donut I ordered, it was hard on the corners and torn so I asked to exchange it for another one (same kind) that was normal and fresh. The older lady there told the young girl “NO”. I again asked politely and said I didn’t want a different donut, that I was simply wanting one of the fresher looking ones that wasn’t torn but of the exact same kind. Ag... read more
Took a star always because of the attitudes from the new drive-through folks. Something changed about 3 weeks ago when trying to order. Coffee has been wrong with no caramel added when asked for both coffees we get an attitude because we have to ask again for it. Service was great before something changed. 09-27-1024 update Maybe if they wouldn't be outside smoking so much the line would move faster. Who loves a good smoke before you get your coffee or food?
