Awful employees they were so rude when we first got there without saying anything and rolling their eyes. I ordered a matcha and they messed it up and admitted it but tried to put it off. I then asked kindly for a refund and they closed the window on me! I went inside and they start locking me and harassing me ! Nasty ! I went to Starbucks and left them a tip they were so kind there.
The manager at this location is disrespectful and unprofessional.
Truly the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The black man working the register was interrupting me to rush me through ordering and staff was also yelling at other customers to move out of the way. Never will I EVER go to this location again. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid having to encounter such horrible service ever again.
We stopped on our way home from a cruise and needed to stop for a quick bite and quick pit stop. I went to the bathroom first and opened the unlocked women’s bathroom stall, and there was a worker in there texting in the corner. I was stunned and let go of the door, and the worker closed and locked the door.
