Great atmosphere awesome manager he’s an older gentleman whose thoughtful. I was trying to get my neurodivergent child that is obsessed with bats a bat cup holder he got me one meant so much I love coming here . The donuts are always fresh they always let you hang in ac without bothering you and the staff is always smiling . The only thing they need to redo the ceilings and walls which is a building issue . Everything else top notch :)
I’ve visited this Dunkin’ multiple times, and unfortunately, my experience with one particular employee has been consistently unpleasant. She is an older white woman, and her attitude toward customers is consistently rude and unwelcoming. This is not a one-time occurrence; every interaction has felt like a lack of basic customer service and courtesy. What was that all about? I ordered four coffees; after about three minutes, I got two—fine, so we kept waiting for the remaining two. Nothing happened until, after six minutes of waiting, the lady asked if we were waiting for something. I said yes, and then she suddenly produced one of the coffees I’d ordered, but one was still missing. I asked about that last one, and she demanded to see the receipt—which we hadn't even been given.
