Drive thru is not great. They struggle to get the order and disappear mid order. At some point we had extra items on the order followed by miss ordering and being told we do not have....
The drive thru is a mess. They all only speak spanish. Even though you are taking names of items on the menu they still can’t get it and keep replying in spanish. I explicitly said I don’t speak but they still continued replying in spanish because they had no other option. 20 mins just to make them understand our order.
Management should be ashamed of themselves putting only two people on a very busy afternoon. Waited 25 minutes for my coffee, I felt bad for the employees, they did their best given the circumstances.
