Came in to buy a few drinks here. Two weee made wrong, politely let them know and wanted to order something else but was cut off rudely by i guess the person who made my two drinks that were obviously incorrect and remade them even worse, cold, lumps and with attitude. And you wonder why some customers aren’t always nice, not a welcoming place at all. Last time ill come to this location again.
Usually a regular, myself and wife, past few times service has been slow, also extremely rude, management does not care to teach polite customer service to employee's.They will cut you off while speaking at the drive thru, and rush you to choose items off the menu. Multiple times asked for fresh donuts, never once recieved any fresh, always a bit hard from sitting out, if u ask them to make a fresh one they will just warm up the same hardened one they gave you the first time!. I wish I didn’t have to come in here and say this, but don’t bother coming here any later than 7. The staff are absolutely lazy. How is an ice machine down at a coffee shop? Right before they close? How wild is that? That’s an excuse to not have to make a coffee. We went at 8:30 & was told that. I seem to hear from numerous people that there’s always something when you go for a coffee late at this location. It’s only because they don’t want to make it that late. Why stay open till 8 , but serve till 7? So unprofessional
Location is always clean, friendly and doughnuts pretty good.
