I started ordering food here regularly but I can’t justify going anymore. Almost every time I order, my order is wrong. I’ve asked for a refund before and never received it. I don’t think the quality of food is worth the hassle or headache of going here unless you want something you didn’t order.
I have given this place 5 stars before but today really "P'd" me off. Asked for a Butter Pecan Latte. It didn't taste like Butter Pecan. I asked for no whip cream. There was whip cream. Asked to fill it up. It was about 1/3rd full. Seriously? I also asked for an iced coffee with lite ice. It was full of ice. Typically they are good but today was a failure!
Bad service , credit card number was compromised after leaving this location . Never again
The manager Antoinette is awful , rude and mutters things under her breath as customers are waiting in line in the store . She is so rude . I will not be back , I’d rather spent my hard earned money elsewhere . Disgusting attitude .
The girls that work there are the absolute best, very sweet and quick! food is good too !
